WCTD may collect information you provide through membership applications, general inquiries, member account forms, event or scholarship workflows, and communications with the association. This can include names, business and contact details, application responses, payment records, and documents you choose to submit.
How information is used
We use information to administer membership, respond to inquiries, deliver association programs, process applications and payments, maintain business records, improve our services, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Member accounts and cookies
The member intranet uses essential cookies to maintain secure login sessions, protect forms, and remember authorized account context. Additional analytics or marketing technologies should be described here before they are enabled.
Service providers
WCTD may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, mapping, file storage, and payment processing. Providers receive only the information needed to deliver their service and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, association administration, or legal requirements. WCTD uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
